Homemade biscotti was quite a learning experience. I learned how to make biscotti. I learned I'm still not a huge fan of biscotti, even when it's homemade. I learned what the maximum capacity of my KitchenAid mixer is. I learned what an unhappy KitchenAid mixer sounds like. Since I'm too lazy to type up the entire recipe, I'll just show you pictures of my two happy taste-testers.

you must not have the professional model.
I have this one: this oneBut the ingredients were:
1.25 cups butter
4 cups sugar
2/3 cup honey
7 cups flour
4 cups nuts
plus minor amounts of other stuff.
I have a LOT of biscotti.
